Protect Your Employer Brand on Glassdoor
Candidates research your company before applying, attending an interview, or accepting an offer. A misleading Glassdoor review can damage recruitment, undermine employee confidence, and create concerns for clients, partners, and investors.
We assess Glassdoor reviews involving:
- Reviews from people who never worked for the company
- Duplicate or coordinated submissions
- False factual allegations
- Personal attacks and abusive content
- Disclosure of confidential business information
- Private or identifying information
- Improper references to individual employees
- Threats, discrimination, or hate speech
- Reviews targeting the wrong company
- Other violations of Glassdoor’s Community Guidelines
How the Glassdoor removal process works
Glassdoor does not remove a review simply because it is negative. Reviews may be removed when they violate the platform’s Community Guidelines, including cases involving fraud, misuse, or other defined policy violations. Glassdoor also states that employers cannot pay the platform itself to remove reviews.
We analyze the content, identify the relevant violation, prepare the supporting documentation, and manage the challenge through the appropriate channels.
